I have (finally!) gotten around to creating a proper photo gallery, using SmugMug. I've been on Flickr for some time, but while Flickr is great for sharing pictures, it's hardly a friendly way to present a “gallery.” So far, SmugMug seems like an impressive service. Lots of nice features, extensive customization, and the ability to use your own domain name. You can upload pictures right from Lightroom using an export plugin. I've uploaded a bunch of pictures to my gallery, and have quite a few more to go. Check it out!

No signs point the way, but this has to be the place: it's the only fenced-in compound with military hardware and a US flag flying overhead. In fact, it's the only building visible, and on the prairie, you can see pretty far. My instructions are clear: park outside the gate and report to the guard. I'm a bit early, but others have already arrived. As I approach, the signs on the fence confirm that I'm in the right place: this is Minuteman Launch Control Facility Delta-01.
